Refund and Returns Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

  • The item is not marked as non-returnable (e.g., custom or personalized items).

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Used or damaged items (unless defective or damaged upon receipt).

  • Hazardous materials or items restricted by law.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@wholesaleliving.shop or +1 (830) 875-7823 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Package the item securely with the RMA number written on the box.

  3. Ship the item to: SunPower Living LLC, 2180 BEATTY WAY, ROSEVILLE, CA 95747.

  4. Provide tracking information to ensure safe return.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If an item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

5. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, contact us to confirm availability. Exchanges follow the same 30-day return window and eligibility criteria. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

6. Product Recycling Program
As part of our sustainability commitment, we offer a Product Recycling Program. Return eligible used items within 90 days for a 20% discount on a new purchase. Contact us for details.
