  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the ROSEVILLE, CA, metropolitan area (within 50 miles of 2180 BEATTY WAY, ROSEVILLE, CA 95747).

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $50 or outside the free shipping zone, rates start at $5.99, calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout, with rates starting at $15.99 for 1-2 business day delivery (U.S. only).

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12 PM CST may be processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Times

  • Local Delivery (Des Moines Area): 1-2 business days for orders over $50; 2-3 business days for others.

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days via UPS or USPS.

  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for oversized items (e.g., ladders, large toolkits).
